My first attempt at writing

Finally, I decided to write, as it was my first time, I was ready, determined, energetic, and nervous like all the best qualities of a person were in me suddenly, took my writing material sat on the ground, and at the moment I was going to pen my thoughts and I got BLANK.

The question popped “what to write?”

I was so confused, everything that came into my mind suddenly vanished the other moment as I was about to begin to write like there was nothing there. All the thoughts were playing hide n seek in my mind. I was completely irritated and frustrated now that I cannot even think of a topic to start writing. I felt low and started thinking negatively. It was a complete disaster.

The question “what to write?” changed into “can I write?”

As I felt writing was an easy job but its never. I used to think it is the easiest thing to do, whatever pops into your mind just pen it. But no, it is not I guess it was never.

So I started to research about writing, because before starting to write I need to know what writing actually is and what is the thing or vibe that will make me or motivate me to write. Then I turned to the thing where most people go internet and started asking my questions…….

How to write? What topic to write on? Easy topics for writing? What is ……? And so on and on. It nearly took a few days just to know about writing. Then I came to about types of writing like content writing, academic writing, copywriting etc. After it I came to know about the portals and places to post the work. I even took suggestions from my few friends.

After all this, I was finally ready to write and post and start my career in the world of writing.  But still, something was missing and that missing factor was the motivation the spirit, and the will I needed to write. Then started to read bestsellers, the first book was ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear, and then so on.

Finally this time I was ready and set for writing content. But again, same I was blank but this time it was not the old me. I sat in a quiet place, kept everything aside, and started to keep my mind stable, and thus the topic I was clicked on. Why not write on the topic that is disturbing me?

And came up with the topic and the results are before you. A distraction can be your most helpful asset. Not every time but at least here it was useful. Whenever u feel like there is an issue or a problem don’t give up without giving a try, sometimes the answer is within the problem.

From this experience, I came to know a simple but effective value or moral whatever you call it that was if a problem arises you just got two options either you ignore and move on or bear pain jump in it and solve it and then move on. As it is said choice is your some can only suggest you. To do or not to do is the question.
