As we know, we follow some religious practices for ages. Few
of them are known to us that why we exactly follow them and some are just
followed blindly which we don’t know why are we doing, sad fact is that
excluding a few no one is even concerned way we follow those. This was about
religious practices, there are certain ways of spiritual practices. First,
always start with yourself, pay attention to how you feel so you can tackle the
worst situation or even any stress anxiety, etc. Then helping others with no
expectations of returns is the most important. Should practice gratitude, it
makes us humble and soft-spoken.
