TripAdvisor UX Audit (Conceptual Project)
Wait! Even it's Conceptual Projects, Give me 3min to Explain. TripAdvisor a leading travel guide agency's app UX Audit and Redesigned. With more the 10+ Cores downloads, TripAdvisor's app lacks in it's UI and UX. So i decided to do UX Audit with more then 20 Users to get better result.(Conceptual and Self Project)
Why i started this project & What i have found
Then i found some mainor as well as major user problem of TripAdvisor app. Specially frustration in flow of organising and creating itineraries
What i did with this Problem
I found these are the major issue in the trip advisor screen so so i did Usability test with 20 Users.
71% Clicked on the Wrong icon to change plane. Because TripAdvisor placed Settings icon as edit option
