Buyers of new residences want to know three things fast. Which units are still available, what the floor plan looks like and when the building will be ready. Most developer sites answer with a PDF brochure and a contact form, so sales teams spend their time sending the same plans by email.
The approach
We built Olven around a residence selector. Visitors pick a floor on the facade, choose a residence and open its floor plan, price and status in one flow, then reserve it or book a viewing. Availability can be fed from a Google Sheet, so the sales team updates one spreadsheet instead of the website.
A construction progress page shows each phase with dates and status, which answers the question buyers ask most before they commit. Enquiry, viewing and reservation forms can send leads straight to Google Sheets.
What's inside
A full developer site with 36 sample residences in the CMS, residence detail pages with plans, amenities, location, documents and FAQ, construction updates, responsive layouts for phone, tablet and desktop and a PDF setup guide.
Result
Olven is live on the Framer Marketplace, with a demo at olven.promopark.studio. Developers can remix it and launch on their own, or we set it up with their units, plans and domain. The project name, prices and images in the demo are placeholders and AI-generated.
