Plastic surgery is a high-trust, high-ticket decision. Patients compare results, surgeons and costs for weeks before they reach out, yet most clinic sites are generic galleries with a contact form. The site has to feel calm and private, show real outcomes and make the first consultation request easy.
The approach
We built Cassian as a cinematic, editorial template with a porcelain palette. The hero is a marble sculpture rendered with a WebGL depth map that reacts to the cursor (switched off on phones for speed). Results use before/after sliders with filters by procedure, and a procedure finder guides visitors who don't know the right term yet.
Cost questions are answered up front with a financing calculator (term, APR, monthly estimate) and a recovery timeline per procedure. The 3-step consultation wizard asks for goals and contact details only. It collects no photos or medical records, on purpose.
What's inside
16 responsive pages (13 static and 3 CMS templates for procedures, surgeons and articles), 6 CMS collections with 61 starter records, 18 code components and 11 motion overrides with reduced-motion support. Accessible forms, legal starter pages, a custom 404 and a PDF setup guide are included.
Result
Cassian is live on the Framer Marketplace and at promopark.studio/templates/cassian. Practices can remix it and launch on their own, or we set it up with their surgeons, procedures and domain in 5 business days. All names, results and images in the demo are AI-generated placeholders.
