Yugo Operations Hub is a concept build — Yugo is fictional. I built this to see exactly how far Lovable could go for enterprise-grade internal tooling. I gave myself a brief: a real-time operations platform for a student accommodation operator running 25 properties and 15,000+ beds across Europe. Compliance tracking, inspection management, AI reporting, issue resolution metrics — the full stack, solo, in a few days. The answer is: it can go very far.
