Simple Portfolio - Framer Design

For this personal portfolio, I designed and developed a bold, visually striking digital identity that communicates confidence, creativity, and a strong tech-forward aesthetic — all from the very first frame.

The main objective was to create a portfolio that doesn't just show work, but is the work. A site that makes an instant statement and positions Ángel as a designer who thinks differently and executes with precision.

A personal portfolio has one job: to make people stop scrolling. The challenge was to build something that:

Creates an immediate, powerful first impression

Communicates personality and creative vision without words

Feels bold and distinctive in a sea of generic portfolios

Balances visual impact with clean, functional navigation

This required a design-first approach where every decision — color, type, layout — had to carry weight.

I designed and developed the entire site in Framer, pushing the boundaries of visual design to create a truly immersive experience.

Key decisions included:

Full-bleed hero with editorial photography, using a high-contrast neon green color grade and AR glasses imagery to immediately signal a tech-driven, future-facing identity

Massive bold typography, using oversized display lettering to turn the name itself into a graphic element — making the brand impossible to ignore

Restrained color palette, committing fully to a neon green and black combination that feels raw, confident, and memorable

Minimal navigation, keeping the UI out of the way so the visuals can speak — About me, Portfolio, and Contact, nothing more

Immersive layout, blending photography and typography into a single cohesive composition rather than treating them as separate elements

The final portfolio is a visual statement as much as it is a professional showcase. It positions Ángel as a designer with a clear creative vision, a sharp eye for detail, and the technical ability to bring bold ideas to life in Framer.
