A meeting app with AI reports, built from scratch in 13 days

Domeet is a meeting app for teams. The first version existed only as a Figma design. Domeet brought me in to build it.

Build the first version of the app on Bubble, from its Figma design.

Meetings. A Google Meet or Teams link for each meeting. You record the meeting in the app, or upload the audio afterwards.

AI reports. A transcript of each meeting, then a report written from that transcript.

Tasks. Tasks that come out of a meeting, grouped by project and by team.

Notes and pricing. Notes shared with all invitees, a stats page, and a free plan up to 5 users, then €4 per extra user.

The project kick-off was on 19 December 2024. I built the app from 20 December to 5 January, then handled the client's feedback until 17 January.

The Figma design became a built first version.
