Companies needed a modern platform that could automate the heavy lifting while keeping humans in the loop for final decisions.

What We Built

A full-stack AI-powered hiring platform that handles the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer stage. The platform serves two audiences: recruiters and hiring managers who need to fill roles fast, and candidates who want a clean, frictionless application experience.
The entire product shipped mobile-responsive, so recruiters can review candidates and manage pipelines from any device.

Core Features

AI-Powered Resume Screening The platform's standout feature. When candidates upload resumes, the system automatically extracts qualifications, work history, and skills using the Anthropic API. It then scores each applicant against the job requirements and generates a structured candidate summary. Recruiters see match scores and key highlights instantly, replacing the manual slog of reading through hundreds of resumes.
Job & Pipeline Management Recruiters can create job openings, customize hiring stages, and track every candidate through a visual pipeline. Each stage is configurable per role, so engineering hiring flows can look different from sales hiring flows.
Candidate Profiles & Applications Candidates create profiles, upload resumes, and apply to multiple positions through an intuitive interface. The system keeps their data organized and accessible across applications.
Interview Scheduling & Feedback Built-in scheduling tools let recruiters coordinate interviews without the back-and-forth. After interviews, team members submit structured feedback using evaluation scorecards. AI-generated interview summaries reduce note-taking overhead and keep evaluations consistent across interviewers.
Collaborative Hiring Workflows Hiring managers can review candidate profiles, share notes, and tag team members. Everything lives in one place, so decisions are informed and documented rather than scattered across Slack threads and email chains.
Recruitment Analytics Dashboard Dashboards surface key hiring metrics: application volume, pipeline status, interview progress, and time-to-hire. These give organizations the visibility to spot bottlenecks and optimize their process with real data.

Technical Architecture

Frontend: Next.js with fully responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Backend & Database: Supabase for real-time data, authentication support, and scalable storage
Authentication: Clerk for secure user management and role-based access control
AI Engine: Anthropic API for resume parsing, candidate scoring, match analysis, and interview summarization
The architecture supports multi-tenant usage, so multiple organizations, recruiters, and job postings run securely with proper access controls and data isolation.
