Information system based on website and mobile apps that provides features of employee records and employee performance benefits in one of the government agencies in Central Jakarta in 2020.
Goals of making this system is the ease for each employee to access attendance and work permits through the application, as well as ease in managing performance allowances and all supporting administration.
The challenge of this project is to make a project that is user-friendly and easy to understand by users who are on average 30 years old and above, and this project also has a slightly complicated flow. This project received praise from the BoD of the government agency.
