Internal Inspection app for used cars startup

I prototyped the initial concepts and then conducted moderated user interviews with real mechanics to gather direct feedback on usability and workflow fit. To broaden the insights, I also ran unmoderated studies using Usertesting.com, which allowed me to share the prototypes at scale and collect additional feedback from both users and stakeholders.

I iterated through multiple design variations, refining the experience each time based on feedback gathered directly from real‑world users.
