The new strategy is based on the company values that have always been a part of Putka's culture but were never named. This led to the creation of the concept of 6 ŚĆ, a combination of letters that represent the 6 key family values: hospitality, closeness, pleasure, freshness, tastiness, and joy. These guiding principles have become an integral part of the Putka experience, conveying to guests that they are cared for and considered part of the family.
