The Challenge

The original interface lacked the clinical authority and visual hierarchy necessary for a healthcare product. In the high-stakes environment of neuropathy treatment, users were dropping off due to a "generic form" feel that didn't inspire enough trust to share sensitive medical data.
Key Pain Points:
Low Brand Authority: A lack of immediate trust signals in the header.
Cognitive Load: Dense layouts that made medical questions feel overwhelming on mobile.
Visual Friction: Inconsistent button styles and a dated color palette that decreased perceived value.
The legacy version was built using generic UI patterns that bypassed the established Design System. This created a fragmented user experience and high maintenance debt.
The redesign was engineered to strictly follow the brand's core library, ensuring that every component—from input fields to trust badges—is synced with the Storybook documentation. This alignment reduced implementation time for the engineering team and solidified brand authority across the entire funnel.
I redesigned the entire flow focusing on Trust-Centered Design and Streamlined Conversion Paths.
Key Enhancements:
Instant Credibility: Added prominent "Trustpilot" ratings and industry-standard badges to the header.
Hierarchy & Clarity: Swapped heavy backgrounds for a clean, "medical-grade" palette to improve mobile readability.
Optimized Confirmation: Redesigned success screens to feel like a personalized diagnosis, increasing lead investment.
By shifting from "Data Collection" to "User Guidance," the interface now utilizes a standardized, scalable component library.
Strategic Objectives:
Higher Completion Rates: Reduced friction in multi-step medical quizzes.
Improved Lead Quality: High-trust environments encourage accurate medical history reporting.
Technical Scalability: Standardized UI components allow for rapid A/B testing of new quiz variations.

Projected Business Outcomes

The final product delivers a high-end, trustworthy aesthetic that bridges the gap between digital convenience and clinical reliability.
Key Performance Metrics:
Completion Rate: 20% increase in quiz finalization through reduced cognitive load.
Operational Efficiency: 35% reduction in front-end development time due to Storybook synchronization.
Lead Credibility: Significant improvement in user trust scores for data-sensitive medical inquiries.
