Agua Real is a civil engineering group located in Maturín that experienced significant growth as a result of its excellent work. This led to the need for them to expand their offices and human resources.
The chosen space features a double height that was taken advantage of to create two levels. The first level houses 12 workstations, a sub-management area, and a space for eating and meetings.
The mezzanine houses the senior management, including directors and managers, along with their restrooms and kitchenette.
