Chart of Accounts: Designed and customized a comprehensive chart of accounts from scratch, tailored to the client’s business operations.

Products and Services List: Created detailed lists of products and services, enabling streamlined invoicing and revenue tracking.

Customer and Vendor Lists: Compiled and updated customer and vendor lists, ensuring all key contacts were accurately recorded in QuickBooks.

Business Purchase Journal Entries: Recorded and reconciled journal entries for the acquisition of the business, ensuring accurate reflection in the financials.

Three Months of Catch-Up Bookkeeping: Processed and reconciled three months of financial data, addressing discrepancies and ensuring books were clean and up to date.

Since completing the initial setup and catch-up work, we have been managing Aspirant Inc.’s monthly bookkeeping. This includes:

Regular account reconciliation for bank and credit card accounts.

Categorizing income and expenses to provide clear insights into financial performance.

Generating customized financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and cash flow summaries.
