Client was from UK running floor restoration business locally. He was not happy with his previous agency as he was spending £500 on google ads and was receiving 6-7 leads monthly from organic and google ads. After analyzing the google ads account, found out the campaign structure was incorrect, conversion tracking was not setup and bid strategy was set as maximize conversion with tcpa.

Tripled the leads in first month.

Launched two search campaign one for wood floor and second for stone floor. structured the ad groups according to the keywords, created new responsive search ads, added new keywords most of the were phrase and exact match, few broad match to avoid irrelevant clicks. started with maximize clicks bid strategy. We received 13 leads in the very first month through google ads. Worked on seo rankings by working on page seo, off page seo and technical seo. increased ranking on google maps by optimizing the GMBP profile. received 6 organic leads. In total we went from 6 leads a month to 19 leads in the very first month of working on the account
