The client was running a beauty school in USA and there was more than 50% decline leads. After analyzing the account found out that many changes were made after google ads rep suggestions which did not work in their favour.

Doubled the leads in the first month itself

I changed the bid strategy from max conversion value to max conversion with a target cpa basically putting it back as it was before the changes were made by google reps, added new keywords, analyzed search terms and added a lot of negative keywords. We went from 29 leads a month to 66 leads in the very first month of making changes for all 4 locations combined for the month of august 2024.

Tripled the leads in second month

After seeing good results I increased the budget launched new search campaigns and setup conversion tracking. we received 100 leads for all 4 location combined for the month of september 2024 and I am still working on improving the performance of campaigns
