Insellerate is a leading mortgage CRM platform that previously offered a robust web application. Initially, Insellerate had a web application, but users struggled with mobile access, so I designed a fully optimized mobile app to enhance accessibility and engagement. As the lead UI/UX designer, I conducted user research, created wireframes and prototypes, and developed a global design system. Through mind mapping, I visualized the app’s structure, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user experiences. The app replicated the web app’s functionality, including profile management, lead creation, partner management, and integrated communication tools. The result was a user-friendly, mobile-optimized app that significantly improved user satisfaction, productivity, and timely client follow-ups.
