Illustrated icons for project management @ AirBus

I was asked to create a collection of illustrated icons to be used by the company in their intern communication. The illustrations had to describe highly abstract concepts and company's values such as "integrate" and "levers of change". The style is simple and straightforward in order to be applied to diverse presentations and other communication assets.
