CCPay — Community Management Platform

CCPay (Community Circle) is a community management platform that simplifies how groups such as NGOs, associations, student clubs, and organizations manage their daily operations. It brings together communication, event planning, payments, and analytics into one seamless experience.

Many community-based organizations rely on scattered tools for chat, events, and payments. This often leads to miscommunication, security issues, and poor engagement. The goal was to create an all-in-one system that helps communities stay organized, secure, and financially transparent.

I started by understanding different user roles including Admins, Members, and Accountants, and mapping how each interacts within a community. I then created a role-based access flow to ensure clarity and security. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, my focus was on making the interface feel intuitive, social, and professional while maintaining consistency across web and mobile. I designed key modules such as Authentication, Messaging, Payments, Groups, Events, Documents, and Analytics dashboards.

The final design delivers a modern, clean interface where users can:

Communicate through real-time messaging

Manage payments and view transaction history

Plan and track events

Access performance and engagement analytics

CCPay helps communities operate more efficiently by reducing tool overload, improving collaboration, and promoting financial transparency and accountability. The design balances structure and simplicity, empowering admins and members to stay connected and organized.
