Wole: An App to Reinvent Personal Finance

Wole is a personal finance app for a remote team that had the drive to reinvent personal finance. They aim to help users make smarter financial decisions. The goal of the project was: "To create a delightful mobile app that helps users reach their goal of saving more money and allow them to better understand their spending habits and patterns." My responsibilities were: - I led the design and discovery phase of this project. Conducted a few of user interviews and user tests. I led efforts to evolve the service and address customer pain‐points related to the spending and planning experiences. - I was also responsible for doing user research, user flows, wireframes, sketches, illustration, defining the visual language of the app, as well as create a basic design system for the internal design team to use in the future.
