IES Website Redesign Project

In just 2 days, I created a wireframe and a high-fidelity design for a website redesign project. Despite the tight deadline, I was able to efficiently plan and execute the project by prioritizing the most crucial elements and focusing on the client's needs. While I did not have time to prototype the design, the high-fidelity mockup was a valuable tool for demonstrating the vision and direction of the project. Overall, by staying focused and maximizing my time, I was able to deliver a quality design in a short amount of time.

Problem: The existing website for a small business was outdated, difficult to navigate, and did not effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to potential customers. This was causing a decline in website traffic and customer engagement.

Solution: By redesigning the website with a user-centered approach, we were able to improve the user experience, increase engagement, and better communicate the brand's value proposition. The new design features a clear and easy-to-navigate layout, improved visual hierarchy, and more compelling calls-to-action.

Here's a brief overview of the process I used to complete the redesign in just 2 days:

Research and analysis: I began by analyzing the current website, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and gathering insights on user behavior through research.

Wireframing: With the insights gained from my research, I created a wireframe of the new homepage, outlining the basic structure and layout of the page.

Design: Using the wireframe as a guide, I quickly designed a high-fidelity mockup of the homepage in full color, incorporating the brand's visual identity and typography.

Feedback and revisions: I then shared the design with the client and gathered feedback to make revisions and adjustments as needed.

Final touches: With the design approved, I made final tweaks and prepared the design for delivery to the client.

Overall, my process was focused on speed and efficiency, while still delivering a high-quality design that met the client's needs and goals.
