Digital Wallet's Reporting module

A api server is placed to fetch data from reporting DB to report the Dashboard multiple api's are deployed on the basis of requirement. Another module is included to fetch data from Historical DB (MySql) and publish the DML's over Kafka Bus which is further subscribed by a consumer module to parse and push it to reporting DB(Mongo).
