• Decreased the customer processing time from 5-8 minutes to 30 seconds.
• Increased the data capacity of the system by almost 50% by moving the data from standalone MSSQL to distributed storage-based Apache Accumulo.
• Reduced the time delay for generating insights for business with Apache Spark to handle more than 300 GB of data in memory of 3TB cluster.
• Replaced the traditional batch jobs on virtual machine to the event-based mechanism which was efficiently deployed on Kubernetes.
