We conclude that regression analysis used in this study to examine the relationship between GDP growth (Y) and exports of goods and services (X) in the US and Spain (1970-2015).Results showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between exports and GDP growth in both countries. Thus increase in the exports of goods and services may result in an economic growth of a country. However, GDP and exports are not only the determinants of economic growth of any country
