Improved Google Jobs Visibility for Realtor.com

Realtor.com's careers page had poor visibility on Google’s job search panel despite using a dedicated job posting system. I performed a full SEO audit using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GSC. Identified structural and metadata gaps affecting job indexation. Proposed changes to page structure and job feed strategy. After implementation, visibility and ranking of job posts significantly improved.
