Kemani Textile | Odoo ERP

We recently implemented Odoo ERP for one of our esteemed clients, Kemani Textile, which operates within the textile industry. Kemani Textile engages in various processes, starting from the procurement of yarn to the export of finished garments to international markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

The workflow at Kemani Textile involves several stages. Firstly, they procure yarn for their textile production. Once the yarn is procured, it is transferred to the knitting department, where it is transformed into knitted fabric. Subsequently, the knitted fabric is sent to the dyeing department for coloring, ensuring a vibrant array of textiles for their garments.

After dyeing, the fabric is then forwarded to the stitching department, where it is skillfully sewn into various apparel items, such as t-shirts and other garments. These finished products are then prepared for both retail and bulk sales. Kemani Textile has established retail outlets in key markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, catering to individual customers seeking single pieces and businesses requiring bulk orders.

To efficiently manage these intricate processes, we deployed various Odoo Apps to their specific needs. These modules include Purchase, Sales, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Bill of Materials (BoM), Point of Sale (POS), and Finance and Accounting. Each module seamlessly integrates with the others, providing Kemani Textile with a comprehensive and unified ERP solution to streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
