Inspired by Spotify Wrapped and Gojek Kejog, I designed the "Recap Employee" feature to boost employee engagement and deliver personalized appreciation to every employee at year-end. This feature presents a yearly attendance summary — from total working hours, WFH count, average clock-in & clock-out times, to unique achievements like "#1 Employee" or "WFH King." Through visual storytelling, this recap is not only informative but also fun to share, creating a moment of pride for employees to celebrate their contributions throughout the year.
