This design for Belmorso’s Italian gourmet pasta sauces presents a refined and premium look that aligns with the brand’s "Gold Standard" messaging. The clean, modern typography and elegant use of gold accents complement the natural simplicity of the product. Hand-drawn illustrations of ingredients like garlic and basil reinforce the traditional Italian heritage, while the clear labels allow the rich colors of the sauce to be visible, making the product more appealing on the shelf. The minimalist yet artisanal aesthetic conveys authenticity and quality, which are key selling points for this product.

I was responsible for extending the range of these tomato-based sauces by building on the original artwork while maintaining design consistency. This included adapting the label for various flavors, and creating custom woodcut-like illustrations, ensuring that each new variant still fit within the established brand identity. The design ensures that the packaging communicates a cohesive brand message across all product lines, while still allowing for subtle differences in flavor indication and product details.
