Small business site fixed: 19.7 s to 0.7 s on a phone

Task. A small roofing company's website took about 20 seconds to show its main picture on a phone, the text was tiny, the phone number could not be tapped, and the contact form posted to a page that no longer existed. Enquiries were being lost and nobody knew.
Fix. Same sections and pictures, no rebuild. The page went from 4.3 MB to 84 KB, and the main picture now appears in 0.7 s instead of 19.7 s. Body text is 17 px on a phone screen instead of 5.7 px, and there is a call button. The form is tested and delivers, and if sending ever fails the visitor sees the phone number. The page also got a search description, business details Google can read, one main heading and alt text on pictures.
Proof. Both versions were measured with the same script on a phone-sized browser over weak 4G, three runs each, median shown. The problem list went from 4 serious, 2 affecting enquiries and search and 6 small to none. The company is invented and the timings come from a test server, so a real host will be a little slower. A fix like this starts at $150 and takes 2 days; send me your site and I'll tell you what is costing you enquiries.

Describe what you need in plain words. I will tell you what it takes and whether a smaller first version would serve you better. Scoping costs nothing.
