Shamrock Marketing | Citation-backed technical RAG

The problem Shamrock Marketing had technical knowledge spread across tire retread and repair PDFs, standards, product specifications and workflow documents. People needed answers that matched the product and procedure, with evidence they could check.

My role I designed and built the retrieval workflow as AI Solution Architect.

The workflow Documents are split into passages with product, workflow and standards metadata. Azure AI Search retrieves relevant passages. Azure OpenAI generates an answer from that context, with document and page citations pointing back to the source.

Delivered scope Document ingestion, contextual retrieval, answer generation and source citations for technical knowledge lookup.
