Arogya | AI-Assisted Inpatient Care Platform

Arogya / Aurora EHR is a production inpatient-care platform connecting bedside rounds with the patient chart and hospital operations. Fragmented screens previously added manual documentation and handoff work across care teams.

I led the AI product architecture and engineering. The system captures typed or dictated rounds, preserves the source, and prepares editable progress notes and care-plan drafts. Grounded chart assistance helps clinicians find relevant context. Clinicians review and approve every AI draft before anything reaches the chart; deterministic rules handle safety checks.

The Django/DRF and React/TypeScript platform also connects diagnostics, pharmacy, bed management, billing, scheduling, and the patient portal. The public case reports faster work across hundreds of doctors’ workloads while final clinical decisions remain with treating clinicians.
