A client came to me with a real problem ā they were manually copying lead data from GoHighLevel into a spreadsheet every single day. Every call booked, every no-show, every closed deal ā all done by hand.
So I'm building them a fully automated lead tracking system:
ā GHL webhooks firing on every pipeline event
ā Google Apps Script receiving the data in real time
ā One row per contact in Google Sheets ā automatically updated
ā All KPIs attributed to the original lead creation date (not the event date)
Just got the contact creation working and data is already flowing into the sheet automatically. Still working through appointment tracking and pipeline stage updates ā but the foundation is solid.
When it's done, they'll have a live funnel dashboard with zero manual input. And the best part? It's fully reusable as a template for any future client.
This is exactly the kind of automation work I love ā turning manual headaches into systems that just run.
