User Research
To understand more about the possible challenges users face while house hunting, I conducted quantitative & qualitative research. For the qualitative research, I interviewed 10 participants virtually.
For quantitative research, I conducted an online survey using Google forms to observe any patterns and similarities in what the potential users may want. A total of 40 people responded.
