The goal was to create an intuitive interface that provides quick access to key metrics and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience for the admin users.

Wireframes: Created low-fidelity wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of the dashboard.

High-Fidelity Designs: Developed high-fidelity designs incorporating ShopEase's branding and user interface guidelines.

Prototyping: Built interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and transitions.

User Testing: Conducted usability testing with a group of users to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

The final design was well-received by the client and users during testing. The intuitive layout and clear visual hierarchy made it easy for admins to navigate and manage their tasks efficiently.
