Private contractor, a growing rental business managing 40+ properties, faced several operational challenges that were limiting their ability to scale:
Manual Cleaning Coordination: Their team spent 4-5 hours daily manually scheduling cleaning sessions for each property using a basic Google spreadsheet
Booking Communication Gaps: Without automated notifications, cleaners had to constantly check spreadsheets for updates, leading to missed cleanings and scheduling conflicts
Double Booking Risks: The lack of calendar synchronization created risks of double bookings and scheduling errors
