Redesigning the Workstream website was all about connecting with our customers and understanding what they needed from us. Leading the project, I kicked things off by talking with our design partners to get a feel for the real insights that would guide our strategy.

We took an iterative, hands-on approach throughout, constantly tweaking and improving the design based on real feedback and close collaboration with our team. The goal was simple: make a site that looks great and truly works for our users. And the results? A 25% jump in product signups, 12% more time spent on the site, and a 7% boost in overall traffic.
