30 Days to Self-Leadership: An Interactive Guide for Real Valued Change
PROJECT STORY:
This e-book began as a solution for a client’s curriculum, but the real challenge was to create something that could help anyone—whether or not they attended a workshop—move from feeling stuck to taking clear, practical steps forward. I built the guide around a 30-day structure, with each day offering a new topic, interactive worksheet, quiz, or goal-setting tool.
The design was intentional: users could pick up the book at any point, reflect, and act, making it accessible for remote and DIY learners.
After distribution, community feedback revealed that people were using the e-book to break through barriers and devise their own action plans. While I didn’t receive full client journey data, the real-world stories from users confirmed the book’s value as a practical, empowering tool.
Problem & Creative Solution Problem:
How do you create a curriculum tool that’s useful for both guided learning and independent, self-paced growth?
Solution:
I designed each module to be self-contained, interactive, and actionable—so users could engage deeply, regardless of context. The format encouraged reflection, planning, and real change—not simply passive reading.
Value & Impact .
Practical & Standalone Resource: Used by individuals outside the original course context to set goals and solve real problems.
Community Reach: Distributed to entrepreneurial networks, with feedback showing tangible progress.
User-Centered Design: Built for accessibility, reflection, and everyday action.
My Role & Reflection:
I led the design and development, translating a curriculum outline into a tool that could live beyond its original purpose. While my role ended at delivery, the community’s feedback affirmed the e-book’s impact. This project is part of my ongoing narrative: designing for real change, with empathy and adaptability at the core.
