Executive Summary

This project demonstrates a 100% AI-generated product launch for VÉLOR, a premium skincare brand. By leveraging a suite of generative AI tools, I executed everything from industrial product design and brand identity to a UGC-style video advertisement featuring a photorealistic digital human.

🛠 The Tech Stack

Ideogram: Used for product images.
ChatGPT / Google Gemini: Used for brand strategy, copywriting, and scriptwriting for the video.
HeyGen: Used to create the digital twin/avatar and sync the UGC-style presentation.

🎨 Phase 1: Brand Identity & Product Design

The goal was a minimalist, "pharmaceutical-chic" aesthetic. I focused on a neutral palette (sand, frosted glass, and silver) to convey transparency and high-end quality.
Serum Bottle: Frosted glass with a geometric grid label, emphasizing "re-formulated" precision.
Cream Tube: A sleek, brushed aluminum-style finish to differentiate texture.
Lipstick/Balm: Compact, frosted packaging to maintain brand cohesion across the line.
Key Achievement: Maintaining visual consistency (label placement, font, and "VÉLOR" logo) across three different product form factors using advanced prompting.

🎥 Phase 2: AI-Generated UGC Video

To build trust in a digital-first market, I created a User Generated Content (UGC) style video.
The Avatar: I selected a relatable, natural-looking digital human to act as the brand's face.
The Script: Focused on key "clean beauty" selling points: better absorption, lighter feel, and daily hydration.
Execution: Using HeyGen, I mapped the AI-generated script to the avatar, ensuring natural lip-syncing and a modern, high-rise apartment background to fit the target demographic.

📈 Results & Impact

0% Physical Overhead: No physical prototypes, photographers, or models were required.
Speed to Market: The entire "product line" and video campaign were conceptualized and produced in a fraction of the time of a traditional shoot.
Visual Cohesion: Achieved a unified "Brand DNA" across disparate assets (stills and motion).

💡 Reflection

This project proves that AI is no longer just for "concept art." It is a viable tool for rapid prototyping and full-scale marketing production. For VÉLOR, the tech stack allowed for a level of polish usually reserved for brands with massive creative budgets.
