Implementing Effective Test Automation Framework on MTS portal

I utilized Katalon Studio, a powerful automation testing tool, to automate a society complaint portal, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency. With Katalon Studio, I created automated test scripts that mimicked the actions of a user interacting with the portal, such as logging in, submitting complaints, and accessing relevant information. By leveraging Katalon's robust features, including record and playback functionality, object identification, and data-driven testing, I was able to create a comprehensive automation framework.

To automate the society complaint portal, I began by identifying the critical workflows and user interactions. This helped me define the test scenarios that needed to be automated. I then used Katalon Studio's recording feature to capture the steps involved in each scenario, such as filling out complaint forms, attaching relevant documents, and submitting the complaint.
