My choice of entrepreneur is McGrath - a member of the British Empire (MBE) for services to the fashion and beauty industries. She revolutionised the beauty industry with her avant-garde signature looks and trendsetting techniques.
With launching her own makeup brand Pat McGrath labs she ensured that every colour and every skin tone would be properly served in her now billion-dollar beauty brand.
Her fuel was the underrepresentation of dark skinned-women in the beauty industry and the very narrow availability of shades and palettes for women of colour.
