Integrated Plant Health Information System

Developed applications and conducted field operations to manage plant disease outbreaks. Conducted research with ESRI based GIS and mobile data collection units for large scale international emergency programs. Assisted with the design of scientific databases, QA testing of new features and hosted weekly meetings for both engineering and end user support teams. Member of the team that developed the Integrated Plant Health Information System. Speaker at the annual Mid-Atlantic Horticulture Association's  annual short course and produced outreach materials and presentations for a variety of groups.
