HireIQ is a concept-stage AI HR tech platform designed to modernize how teams evaluate and hire talent. The platform transforms raw text inputs job descriptions and resumes into structured, actionable insights through four core modules.

Main Features:

🔥 The AI Resume Screener scores any resume against a job spec in seconds, surfacing alignment, weaknesses, and fit potential. 🔥 The Multi-Resume Ranker benchmarks multiple candidates in parallel using standardized criteria and objective metrics.

🔥 The AI Interviewer auto-generates behavioural and technical questions tailored to the role's seniority and competency focus.

🔥 The Bias Checker audits job descriptions for ageist, gendered, or exclusionary language and rewrites them for broader reach.

I created it using custom LLM prompt pipelines using Gemini 2.5 Flash for hyper-fair, standardized evaluation reports and consistent scoring without compromising candidate data privacy.
