The Client desired a tool that enables their customers to extract more interactive insights from purchased reports.
The goal was to increase the user engagement metric for report purchased on their platform.
Solution
We worked with the client and an AI engineer to develop a chatbot integrated into their platform and Open AI, allowing clients to converse with reports and extract insights in real-time.
