Approach
I facilitated a discovery workshop with key stakeholders to uncover values, tone, and differentiation.
From those insights, we built a brand platform defining character, message, and design principles, then formalised it in a brand guide.
Finally, I redesigned the user experience and website to move from a static brochure to an interactive business tool that builds trust and drives contact.
