Built a client's sales and marketing machine, helping them transform a piecemeal approach into an efficient system that allowed them to scale their outbound efforts and closing process, doubling their pipeline in a matter of months.

Advised a client on their investment process, turning around a failing raising program. I helped them communicate their sales and marketing success and vision, and analyse their customer cohorts to prove engagement and retention.

Spearheaded growth for a client (B2B2C, Self-serve) from 0 to 40,000 registered workers (~40% penetration of the UK's licensed security market), helping them secure a £29m investment.

Managed a £22k monthly paid social budget across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for a large technology client, outperforming the incumbent agency.

Led the efforts to achieve a 27% increase in new user to revenue-generating user conversion rate by analysing the onboarding process, recommending UI improvements and improving the email, SMS and notification strategy.

Built a marketing tech stack, implementing a CDP (Segment), product analytics platform (Mixpanel), marketing automation tool (Ortto) to share synchronised customer records and behavioural events.
