The application draws on the pioneering work of Dr. David Burns, whose book Feeling Great revolutionized modern therapy, ensuring our approach is both scientifically validated and highly effective.

Every design decision in the Feeling Great app was grounded in rigorous user research. Through 30+ in-depth interviews with potential users, I uncovered critical insights about mental health management needs, daily wellness routines, and digital tool preferences. This comprehensive discovery phase enabled me to transform the proven principles of Feeling Great into an accessible, engaging mobile experience that authentically supports users' mental health journeys. The result is a design that's not only aesthetically refined but deeply functional and meaningfully impactful for our users."

Moving beyond traditional educational formats, I tackled the challenge of transforming complex therapeutic content into an engaging, conversational experience. Through thoughtful UX design and user testing, I developed an intuitive chat interface that makes learning feel natural and personal. This approach replaced the original clunky, lesson-based structure with a dynamic system that adapts to each user's emotional journey, making mental health education both accessible and enjoyable.
