Sonoran University of Health Sciences

Before there was Sonoran University, there was the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences—a leader in naturopathic medicine education. But as the years went by, the institution had grown into a full-fledged university with multiple degree programs. They needed a new name that encompassed all the university had to offer as well as a visual and verbal identity that told their story.

We created the name Sonoran University to honor its location in the Sonoran Desert, the most biologically diverse desert in the world. The logo and visual elements nod to the previous brand while delivering a refresh focused on the institution’s future. The complete body of work includes a logo, brand guidelines, photography, swag, viewbooks, marketing materials, and more.
