Improving fish valorization through the digitalization of the process.
The challenge:
King Pélagique faced significant challenges in fish valorization. Their processes were not digitalized, resulting in frequent delays in tracking and storage. My role was to create a platform that would provide clear visualization of all movements within the fish valorization process.
Workshops
I conducted three workshops: the first to understand the industry and the intricacies of the company, the second to define the pain points, and the third to identify and vote on features that align with the development costs and timeframe.
Design
I designed the mockup based on a UI kit that I created. The client wanted the foundation of a design system to facilitate the development of upcoming features without overwhelming the design.
KPI & insights
In the six months I had the pleasure of working with the King Pélagique Team on their platform, I wished there was enough time to develop the remaining features and maybe delve deeper into the research. After two months, I received some KPIs.

From 60% to 80% The occupancy rate of negative rooms increased from 60% to 80% thanks to effective decision-making, including both reception time and product analysis time.
