This project focuses on designing and implementing user-centric dashboards for learners and educators on an EdTech platform that enables knowledge-sharing and monetization of courses.

Learner Retention Rate: This is to evaluate the percentage of learners who complete courses.

Average session duration: Here, we evaluate the time spent by learners on courses.

Click through Rate: This is to know the percentage of users who enroll in suggested courses.

Here we evaluate the number of students that finish paid courses, monthly increase in educator earnings and the average ratings of courses.

Here, we measure the improvement in dashboard responsiveness, and improve response time for educator and learners issues.

Google Analytics: to track user behavior, course enrollments, and platform engagement.

MixPanel : To provide cohort analysis, retention tracking, and A/B testing insights.

Hotjar: To analyze user interaction with dashboards.

This project will deliver an intuitive, scalable, and high-performing learner and educator dashboard to enhance engagement, learning outcomes, and course monetization. By leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback, the platform will create a seamless experience for both educators and learners, driving retention, revenue, and overall success.
